The Farm is available for exclusive renting by extended family members and friends of family members.
Couples rate (two couples): Use of two premier bedrooms, front of house, kitchen and living room.
Weekend rate: $250/night (plus $300 cleaning fee)
Week rate: $1750/week (seven nights)(plus $300 cleaning fee)
Family rate (five or more guests): Use of entire house (eight bedrooms and summer house).
Weekend rate: $500/night (plus $300 cleaning fee)
Week rate: $3500/week (seven nights)(plus $300 cleaning fee)
Business Retreat rate: Use of entire house (eight bedrooms and summer house). Breakfast, lunch, dinner catering available.
Weekend rate: $1000/night (plus $300 cleaning fee)
Week rate: $7000/week (seven nights)(plus $300 cleaning fee)
Friends of the Farm and Pennock relatives inquire about discounted rates.

The Farm is available for exclusive renting by extended family members and friends of family members during select weekends and weeks from May through October.
