East Hill Farm

In 1955, Guy and Helen Holt purchased East Hill Farm in Townshend, VT  for summer use by the families of their five children, Eunice, Stan, Nick, Helen and Kathy.

Today, East Hill Farm is a family corporation owned and maintained by the descendants of Guy and Helen and is a place for four generations of families and their friends to gather and stay connected. 

East Hill Farm is a 500+ acre property, including over 100 acres of fields, 400 acres of forest and miles of walking/biking trails, a swimming pond, pickleball/basketball/street hockey court, and much, much more, located on a ridge in the Crane and Peaked mountain valley, overlooking historic Townshend, Vermont.
